Finally...I know you were beginning to wonder. We are officially closing a week late, but we are closing!! My loan funded today and Escrow closes tomorrow (Thursday). The best things in life are worth waiting for...I am officially a homeowner!!! I still can't believe it. We were delayed due to another snag with the lender, which I won't even get into because it doesn't matter anymore! All the hell is now over, and I will soon be enjoying my new view and hot tub! Of course, I'm in Cleveland this week, so my agent will pick up my keys for me and give them to Matthew...and on Saturday morning we will be having a moving party to get me into my new house!! If any of you are available and willing to help, there will be a lot of fun involved, and anyone who helps will also get to help "break in" the hot tub! There will be thank you gifts and live music :) Please pray that the rain stays away for moving day! I can't wait to have fun in my new place with friends!
