The lender is taking their sweet little old time and it's beginning to drive me a little nuts. Yeah, I know God is in control, but He's testing my patience! (Sorry God. I still love you!) I got a notification this morning that someone checked my credit, and it had to be them...so maybe it will be soon. However, the market needs to start going DOWN for a little while so that I can lock in a super low rate! So everybody start praying for the market to go down until my loan funds! :) For those of you not following the market, it went up 2% today. That's fine for today, but from now on we need it to go down so sweet little ol' Laticia can get the best possible interest rate and not go broke :)
In other Escrow news...I released all contingencies today except for the loan and the HOA (Haven't had time to read through all those documents yet!) and the seller agreed to fix the fireplace "thing" - yay!
