Welcome to Escrow "Care Package"

Wow, I just received a big package from the escrow company with a stack of documents about an inch thick to go through.  I still haven't gone through the disclosure docs I received from my agent the other night...I feel like I'm back in school with all this stuff I have to read! LOL  I think I know what I'll be doing tonight after work!  Wish me luck...
